Dental Orthodontic Alumina Micro-etcher Sandblaster
●With effective, powerful results and a wide range of applications, the alumina sandblasting gun has proven to be the most valuable tool in the dental field.
●Alumina shotguns provide precise surface roughness up to 400% adhesion.
●The newly etched surface is more reactive, thus improving the chemical adhesion and optimizing the bonding effect, which can be applied to all metal, composite and ceramic materials.

Abrasive
1.Not all abrasives are the same.
2.50μm White alumina abrasive:(Does not discolor the surface of ceramic materials and composites).Can not be used for sand blasting in the mouth.
3.SA-85 abrasive :use to remove the glue on the teeth,does not damage tooth enamel,can also use to remove the glue on the restoration and bracket.For bonding metal materials and non-metallic materials prepared.
4.Only provides a medical grade a abrasive,abrasive particles are precisely cut and dried ,uniform size.Low-grade abrasives, due to the presence of oily substances,contaminants or even moisture, can cause equipment to be stuck or intermittently stop sandblasting.
5.Three quarters of volume of abrasive should be installed in the abrasive tank.Abrasive must be clean and dry.
6.Check before use: Gently rotate the abrasive tank. Sand powder should be free to flow. If not free flowing, it indicates that the sand powder is wet and it may stuck the sand blasting gun.
7.The abrasive easily wet, stored in sealed containers.
Precautions
1.Do not point the nozzle at the face and eyes,wear safety glasses when not using the filter box.
2.Excessive recoil operation will pressurize the abrasive tank causes the abrasive tank to spray or even explode,therefore , the recoil operation should be performed in a safe container.
3.Keep the working tip and target at a distance of 2mm to 10mm,need to use a large suction device operation.
4.Sandblasting should be continuous, repeated sweeping.Not a fast, unstable move.
Touching the etched surface, rough feel is the ideal result. Excessive blasting can damage the surface of the material, especially ceramics.
5.Before processing precious or non-precious alloys and ceramic materials,can experiment on ordinary metals and glass.
6.We recommend that extra grit blasting be operated in the dust box,because the filter box with powder collection system,can absorb excess sand.Abrasive powder floating in the air can cause eye and nose problems,can also damage nearby machines and optical equipment, scratch glasses.
7.Protect the patient's eyes,glass and the nose while operating in the mouth,need to use high-speed suction device. Do not spray the gums.
8.If a rubber dam is not used, the patient should hold his breath while sandblasting.
9.Sandblasting no need to clean.
Installation Requirements
1.Sandblasting machine needs compressed air pressure at 40-100psi (2.6bar-6.6bar),Flow rate 1cfm (30ccm/m),at pressures below 60 psi, sandblasting is significantly reduced.
2.Large particles in the pipeline may clog the blasting machine.
3.It is recommended to install a water vapor absorption device to ensure air drying.
4.Do not use Teflon tape to seal the pipe joint.
Disinfection
1.Precautions before disinfection:Without disconnecting the air tube,remove the abrasive tank,push the button,clean away any residual sand powder from sandblasting.
2.disinfection:
Cover the sand blaster with a plastic sleeve.
last head can be sterilized separately.
3.132 ℃ sterilized 15 minutes in a high temperature steam sterilizer.

3. Within the warranty period, TREEDENTAL store will be responsible for covering the fee of the new spare parts and their shipping cost into your destination. If the faulty item needs to be sent back to our store for checking and repair, then we will cover the fee of shipping it back to our store. Upon its arrival to our store, we will cover the fee of the repair and ship it back to your doorstep for free also.
4. If your purchased item is out of the warranty period, then you can report the issue to us into [email protected] and our technical support team will issue you a report for the repair fee based on the kind of the fault.
5. Replacement: In case the product received comes with manufacturing defects, the buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, the buyers are required to provide photographic as well as video evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects which can be sent to our email: [email protected]. If the case is deemed valid, then we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement.
The price displaying on website is factory price only, not including any shipping cost, your country’s import tax, customs clearance fee and insurance.
Shipping Cost
We can ship out the goods to you by three ways: Express ( DHL/UPS/FeDex/EMS), Air Shipping or Sea Shipping.
Express is the better way for order which the weight is under 10KG, it normally takes 4-7 days for delivery and delivery to your door directly.
Air Shipping is a good way for heavy order more than 100kg if you need the order urgently. It normally takes 7-10 days for delivery. But you need to do the customs clearance at your airport and pick the goods up there.
Sea Shipping is the lowest-cost way for big order, such as dental chair/dental unit order. It normally takes 30-60 days for delivery. But you need to do the customs clearance at your seaport and pick the goods up there.
The shipping cost which we charge you when you do the Checkout on our website is just for the Express shipping cost, if you want to use a cheaper shipping way, such as Sea Shipping, you need to contact us for the quote.
For the Air Shipping and Sea Shipping, if you don’t want to take the trouble to do the customs clearance and just want goods delivery to your door, we also can do that for you in additional charge.
Import Tax
Different country will have different import tax rate for different items, some country even 0 import tax for dental equipment. So if you want to know the exact import tax rate of the products, you need to inquire your customs department. Our price is not including any import tax, you need to pay it to your customs when the package arrive your country. But you can inform us to make a low value shipping invoice for you to avoid high import tax.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance covers any damage or missing for your order during the transportation, so we highly recommend you to buy it for your large amount order. The insurance premium are as follows:
a.For Express/Air Shipping/Sea Shipping, the insurance premium= the sum insured*1.1*0.0008, minimum insurance premium for each bill is USD 30.
b.For Air Shipping or Sea Shipping with door to door delivery service, the insurance premium= the sum insured*1.1*0.0013, minimum insurance premium for each bill is USD 30.
