5.Sanction limitation and exclusion clause (JHC2010/009).
1) The insurer shall not be liable for any loss while the carrying vessels are over 30 years (included).
2) The insurer shall not undertake any responsibility of indemnification for any import and export business going to ,through or stopover Iran unless it had already been submitted to the insurer for approval.
6.Deductible:USD300 or 0.5% of the sum insured of the whole consignment, whichever is higher.
1.AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
On their arrival at your premises the goods should be externally examined for any signs of damage or shortage.
If damage or shortage is noted or even if it is only suspected, a clean receipt should not be given. If you are not satisfied that the condition of the consignment is sound you have no obligation to provide the haulier with a clean receipt. Instead, clause the delivery receipt with a comment that the goods were received damaged or short.
2.ESTABLISHING THE EXTENT OF LOSS
Next, examine the goods more thoroughly to determine more accurately the extent of any damage or shortage. Damaged goods should be put to one side pending the Insurers decision on whether a survey will be required.
3.NOTIFYING LOCAL AGENT/SURVEYOR OF PICC
At this stage you should immediately notify the PICC’s local agent or surveyor of your claim , the contact details are printed on the Policy. Or, you can notify PICC directly through your shipper in China.
On receipt of your notification the local agent will contact you and advise whether a survey will be necessary together with what further information and documentation is required to process your claim. If a survey is necessary the local agent or surveyor will contact you again and make arrangements accordingly.
4.HOLDING CARRIERS RESPONSIBLE
You should ensure that the carriers are held formally responsible for the claim in writing. This has to be done as soon as possible to comply with the carriers trading conditions. Failure to do so may result in the Insurers being unable to recover from the carriers under subrogation, once the claim has been paid. This may in turn mean your claim is reduced to reflect this.
To claim under a Marine Cargo Insurance Policy, the following are the basic documents required :
1)Insurance Policy / Certificate
The document issued by the Insurance Company to evidence that the cargo has been insured. It provides details of the policy number, voyage, cargo details and insurance conditions.
As this document conveys rights to make a claim, we will require the original.
The invoice accompanying the consignment, issued by the seller of the goods. This will be used to establish purchase price of goods and to confirm the terms of sale to ensure that an insurable interest does apply.
Provides a breakdown of the consignment showing the number of units shipped in each package along with their weights.
4)Bill of Lading
Document of title issued by the shipping line to evidence shipment of the consignment. Also provides evidence of the contract of carriage and if possible the original should be provided with the conditions printed on the reverse side. If the entire shipment is lost all original Bills of Lading must be presented.
Same role as the Bill of Lading but issued by the airline.
Issued if the goods are carried by road. The consignment note can be signed on delivery and claused to show any damage or shortage in the same way as a road haulier's Delivery Receipt.
The document signed by the receiver on delivery by the road haulier. As previously mentioned this should be claused to provide evidence of shortage or damage to goods.
Depending on the circumstances of the claim we may request other documentation such as;
Vessel's Outurn Report
Container Damage Report
Written confirmation of Non Delivery from carrier
Police Statement (in the event of a theft) etc.
You will be guided by us as to what additional documents may be required once the claim has been reported to us.

1. All the items at TREEDENTAL store are covered with a warranty. The warranty period is indicated in each item's description.
2. Warranty covers a replacement or repair of the faulty item. Contact us immediately for any issue that might happen to our product within the warranty period which is not man-made. You simply need to fill in the TREEDENTAL International Warranty Form here.
3. Within the warranty period, TREEDENTAL store will be responsible for covering the fee of the new spare parts and their shipping cost into your destination. If the faulty item needs to be sent back to our store for checking and repair, then we will cover the fee of shipping it back to our store. Upon its arrival to our store, we will cover the fee of the repair and ship it back to your doorstep for free also.
4. If your purchased item is out of the warranty period, then you can report the issue to us into [email protected]ntal.com and our technical support team will issue you a report for the repair fee based on the kind of the fault.
5. Replacement: In case the product received comes with manufacturing defects, the buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, the buyers are required to provide photographic as well as video evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects which can be sent to our email: [email protected] If the case is deemed valid, then we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement.
The price displaying on website is factory price only, not including any shipping cost, your country’s import tax, customs clearance fee and insurance.
We can ship out the goods to you by three ways: Express ( DHL/UPS/FeDex/EMS), Air Shipping or Sea Shipping.
Express is the better way for order which the weight is under 10KG, it normally takes 4-7 days for delivery and delivery to your door directly.
Air Shipping is a good way for heavy order more than 100kg if you need the order urgently. It normally takes 7-10 days for delivery. But you need to do the customs clearance at your airport and pick the goods up there.
Sea Shipping is the lowest-cost way for big order, such as dental chair/dental unit order. It normally takes 30-60 days for delivery. But you need to do the customs clearance at your seaport and pick the goods up there.
The shipping cost which we charge you when you do the Checkout on our website is just for the Express shipping cost, if you want to use a cheaper shipping way, such as Sea Shipping, you need to contact us for the quote.
For the Air Shipping and Sea Shipping, if you don’t want to take the trouble to do the customs clearance and just want goods delivery to your door, we also can do that for you in additional charge.
Different country will have different import tax rate for different items, some country even 0 import tax for dental equipment. So if you want to know the exact import tax rate of the products, you need to inquire your customs department. Our price is not including any import tax, you need to pay it to your customs when the package arrive your country. But you can inform us to make a low value shipping invoice for you to avoid high import tax.

a.For Express/Air Shipping/Sea Shipping, the insurance premium= the sum insured*1.1*0.0008, minimum insurance premium for each bill is USD 30.
b.For Air Shipping or Sea Shipping with door to door delivery service, the insurance premium= the sum insured*1.1*0.0013, minimum insurance premium for each bill is USD 30.
c.Deductible: USD300 or 0.5% of the sum insured of the whole consignment, whichever is higher.
