Plasma Blood Separator

Plasma Blood Separator
Special centrifuge for oral cavity currently has PRP, A-PRF, I-PRF, CGF these four special procedures.
1.PRP technology has minimum requirements for centrifuges and contains specific additives. PRP serum, high transmittance;

2.PRF stands for platelet rich fibrin.PRF stands for platelet rich fibrin. At present, PRF technology can be divided into two types according to clinical use: APRF and IPRF. The former is gel-like and the latter is liquid.

A. APRF is gel-like, rich in platelets, white blood cells, especially various growth factors and cytokines, which can promote the movement, proliferation and differentiation of stem cells, promote new angiogenesis and osteocollagen synthesis, and greatly accelerate the growth of bone when placed at the dental implant site.

B.IPRF is an injectable PRF extracted in liquid form by changing the extraction process. It contains a variety of growth factors, such as platelets, transforming growth factors, vascular endothelial growth factors, insulin-like growth factors, etc. Studies have shown that it has the function of promoting new bone formation. When mixed with artificial bone meal, B.iPRF presents a jelly-like mixture. It is easy to plasticity and maintenance of alveolar ridge. PRF technology requires relatively little centrifuge, and doctors who are familiar with the technology can even extract PRF from some fixed-speed centrifuges.

3.CGF stands for Concentrate-Growth-Factors and, like PRF, does not require the addition of bovine thrombin or any anticoagulants. It is often chopped up during implant surgery (because of its good elongation, only surgical scissors can be cut up) and used to mix bone meal for filling. CGF technology can be used in implant, periodontal, maxillofacial surgery, apical surgery, such as GBR, maxillary sinus lift, peri-implant inflammation, immediate implantation, rapid regeneration after tooth extraction, site preservation, aesthetic area implantation, upper frontal sinus membrane repair, absorptive periosteum replacement, etc. It is the most widely used procedure in oral clinic.
