A. 3.CGF stands for Concentrate-Growth-Factors and, like PRF, does not require the addition of bovine thrombin or any anticoagulants. It is often chopped up during implant surgery (because of its good elongation, only surgical scissors can be cut up) and used to mix bone meal for filling. CGF technology can be used in implant, periodontal, maxillofacial surgery, apical surgery, such as GBR, maxillary sinus lift, peri-implant inflammation, immediate implantation, rapid regeneration after tooth extraction, site preservation, aesthetic area implantation, upper frontal sinus membrane repair, absorptive periosteum replacement, etc. It is the most widely used procedure in oral clinic.
