1. We offer free sea shipping on some specific model of dental unit, for other non-free shipping products, once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. 2. After you place an order, it usually will take 7-14 days for the purchased item to arrive your doorstep. You will receive a confirmation E-mail with your order number. Our service will E-mail you the tracking number of your parcel as soon as we get the update from the shipping courier.

3. You can track the status of your order easily by using our TREEDENTAL Smart Tracking System. You simply need to enter your order ID and email address. Click here to track your order.

4. Upon the arrival of your parcel, the shipping courier will contact you to arrange for delivery.

5. TREEDENTAL store always uses premium air shipping couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, EMS to ensure fast and safe delivery of your purchased items.

 

6. Only the heavy items such as dental units, dental cabinetry, dental lab workstation will be shipped by sea into the port which is the nearest to your destination.
