Archwires& Springs

Archwires& Springs
The most important materials in orthodontic surgery are brackets and arch wires. The main function of bracket is to fix the arch wire, so that the arch wire can play a better role, transfer the orthodontic force, in order to control the three-dimensional tooth movement, to achieve the purpose of orthodontic treatment. Arch wire, on the other hand, is a wire stuck in a groove or through a looped tube, which is simply a thin wire that connects irregular teeth and guides them to move. The arch wire uses biomechanical principles to apply gentle tension to the tooth, gradually changing the position of the tooth, so as to achieve the purpose of tooth correction. The bow wire is a force application device, and the bracket is a force transmission device. The force of the bow wire is transmitted to the tooth through the bracket, and the tooth is moved by the force of the bow wire.
